It turns out that the enemy is not only incompetent in the battlefield, but also on the propaganda front. Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s “experts” have probably heard that that a propaganda war exists as well, however they have not taken into account that a minimum knowledge is also needed to carry out the special psychological operations. Receiving painful blows on the battlefield, Azerbaijan apparently decided to succeed on the campaign plane. They wove a semi-literate letter allegedly written by NKR Defense Army Commander. But the failed-propagandists have not understood that in order to write a letter in Armenian one needs to know the Armenian language sufficiently at least.
The style of the letter and its literacy or rather the illiteracy does not need any additional interpretation.
In addition, the NKR Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan had never had such a signature.
