Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense published on his Facebook page: “According to the published information, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces lost their combat readiness to such extent that even the hired terrorists could not help. Currently, in this location Azerbaijan uses punitive groups to shoot those who retreat, just as they did in 1994.”
