According to the NH-218-A decree, led by Clause 8 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amendments, Ashot Kocharyan, was relived from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Republic of Lebanon.
Based on the same decree, Samvel Mkrtchyan was appointed to the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Republic of Lebanon (residence in Beirut).
