At the beginning of 2011, the Head of the State Revenue Committee adjacent to the RA Government Hovhannes Hovsepyan had 2.4 million AMD and 1.2 million USD. By the end of the fiscal year his funds grew rapidly and totaled to 117 million AMD and 2.2 million USD.
In 2011, Mr. Hovsepyan bought an 11 million AMD worth land and other fixed real estate, as well as a RANGE ROVER 2.5 TD car for 30 million AMD, at the same time he sold his cra of the same brand for 16.5 million AMD.
In addition, the newly appointed Head the State Revenue Committee received a 9.7 million AMD from million rental contracts, 100 thousand USD interest from the loan contracts, and a donation of 1.6 million AMD. The donation he received the next year’s is not in Armenian currency but in US dollars, and totaled to 250 thousand USD.
Hovhannes Hovsepyan sold his and plot for 123.9 million AMD.
In 2013, he sold his MERCEDES-BENZ 500 S vehicle for 18 million AMD, in addition he has three-point donation declarations, total 300 thousand USD. In 2014 again three-point donation declarations, this time totaling to 450 thousand USD.
In 2013, Mr. Hovsepyan bought 5 paintings worth 70 thousand USD. During the next years he again bought paintings: in 2014, 3 paintings paying 32 thousand USD, in 2015 2 paintings for 5 thousand USD.
In 2015, he bought a RANGE ROVER 5.0 for 120 thousand USD and sold his two cars MERCEDES-BENZ S 500 and RANGE ROVER 5.0 for 250 thousand USD.
In ro15 he received a donation of 340 thousand USD. At the end of the fiscal year his funds totaled to 185 million AMD and 1.8 million USD.
Thus, the newly appointed Head of the State Revenue Committee has around 1 billion AMD.
