The trade union has the right of organizing a strike if:
- Reconciliation of collective labor contract dispute is not resolved the employer avoids reconciliation procedure.
- The employer does not fulfill the decision satisfying the workers
- The conciliation committee or the responsibilities signed in the collective labor agreement in advance.
The strike is declared if the decision is approved by a secret ballot when:
- The two third of the total number of employees is striking or when the two thirds of the employees declares a strike in the separate (structural) subdivision.
- If a declared strike of structural subdivisions of the organization hampers the normal functioning of the other units, then the strike should be approved by the two thirds of the unit, which may not be less than half of the total number of employees in the organization.
