In tomorrow’s Government session, the issue of receiving property as a donation or fortifying it will be discussed. It is planned that the Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan will report about the draft.
The draft reads that the building of 20,204,545 AMD and 418.19 square meters in Gyumri, owned by “Dinamo” sports NGO, should be received as donation from “Dinamo” sports NGO, as a property of the Republic of Armenia. The main reason is the necessity to improve the police building conditions in Gyumri and that is why a presented project was prepared for the RA Police to fortify some areas. Some buildings in Gyumri that were attached to the RA Police have been taken back, which caused some inconveniences for police to implement their functions.
According to the RA Government’s decision on “the acceptance of the property as a donation or fortifying it”, there is no need for changes or amendments in legal acts.
