The RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a decision on sending Surn Krmoyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice, on an official trip to the Kingdom of Spain. The decision reads:
Pursuant to the order provided in Clause 1. Point 121, Sub-point 3 of the July 18, 2007 Decree NH-174-N of the President of the Republic of Armenia:
1. To send Surn Krmoyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice, on a business trip to the the Kingdom of Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) in the period of 16-20 November to participate in the study tour planned in the framework of “Health Care and Human Rights Protection in Prisons in Armenia” project co-funded by the EU and CoE
2. Note that the expenses related to Suren Krmoyan’s business trip to the Kingdom of Spain are incurred by the hosting party.
3. To the RA Minister of Justice: Ensure submitting Suren Krmoyan’s report on the results of the business trip to the Staff of the Republic of Armenia Government in a three days’ period after the return from the business trip.
