Today, the discussions on the state, challenges, and the long term development of the energy system of the Republic of Armenia headed by the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan were continued in the Government. Particularly, they the ways of long term development of the energy system, which were developed on the basis of complex study of the branch, were discussed. Energy security questions were discussed as well, and a number of suggestions were introduced.
Stating that the objective of the Government is to create a long term stable and secure energy system, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of collaboration of the responsible agencies and instructed the RA Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources to further develop and improve the document considering the suggestions and recommendations.
