Taking questions from the media and different irrelevant commentaries into account, the RA Prosecution makes public the functions carried out by the Special Investigative Service during 9 months of this year, as a result of prosecution control over the cases investigated at the Service:
• Cancellation of the decision of discontinuing the criminal case: about 60 times.
• Cancellation of the decision of not carrying out criminal persecution: 20 times.
• Cancellation of the decision of suspending the criminal case: about 10 times.
• Decision to start an additional preliminary investigation: about 20 times.
