In the investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee Divisions of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan, a criminal case was initiated on the basis of intentionally causing serious damage to the health of a 30-year-old man.
On October 30 2015, at about 1:00 AM, it was reported from the “Armenia” medical center that a man, with injuries on the chest, abdomen, lower limbs, and numerous cuts and wounds on his face, was taken to hospital from Silikyan 2nd building.
In the investigative department of the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan, a criminal case was initiated under the Article 112, Part 1 of the “RA Law on the Infliction of Willful Heavy Damage to Health”.
As a result of the undertaken investigative, operational, and intelligence activities, a number of circumstances connected to the case were revealed and 38-year-old citizen H. Bagdasaryan was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm to the 30-year-old man. Later he gave evidence.
According to the preliminary investigation data, he stabbed the 30-year-old man with a knife in his house.
