On 27 October, at 17:00 the Police Department of Artashat received a call from the hospital according to which they had adopted Ashot B born in 1977 and Armen B. born in 1979 with the diagnoses of “gunshot injury in the left leg” and “torn wounds in the right leg and right knee” respectively. This is reported by the police.
According to the source, the operative group revealed that on the same day at 16:30 Ashot B. and Armen B. had a quarrel with their sister’s husband Grigor R. born in 1979 on the road of 7th turnpike of Shahumyan village. During the dispute Grigor R. fired two shots from«MR-153» hunting rifle of his personal use in the direction of Ashot and Armen B. As a result of the shooting they were taken to hospital with injuries.
At 18:00Gregory R. showed himself at the Police Department of Artashat.
The rifle was confiscated and sent to the police.
The circumstances are clarified. Preliminary investigation is underway.
