“When I learnt that Life prisoner Soghomon Kocharyan was released just after 20 years from the date of his imprisonment, I was greatly inspired,” the former RA Minister of Justice wrote in his Facebook page.
He says: “I got acquainted with Soghomon Kocharyan when I handed him an ID Card. Today, it does not matter that I was not able to resolve the issue of Soghomon Kocharyan’s freedom. The most important thing at this moment is the issue of his health. I cordially wish you health and recovery Soghomon. Be strong! I wish you strength and endurance to get up and to live fully in freedom…”
