“I demand to present all Financial Abuses”: Nikolay Bagdasaryan
In the interview with Iravaban.net, Advocate Nikoay Bagdasaryan, referring to yesterday’s statement made by Ms. Arustamyan, said he is ready to answer Melanya Arustamyan’s questions but however, after the well known events he will immediately respond to Ara Zohrabyan and demand to present the legal act by which his appointment was unlawful.
According to Mr. Baghdasaryan, when he was the director of the School of Advocates, two appointed audits were conducted, which proved that no violations were recorded. After all, in one of the news websites was informed that the Chamber of Advocates received the auditor’s report, according to which he had allowed financial abuses. It appeared that Ara Zohrabyan provided this information but later he denied this fact on his Facebook page.
With regard to organizing the training and methodological process of the school, Nikolay Baghdasaryan stated that procedures and training programs were developed by the European experts and Ara Zohrabyan was well aware about it.
He also added that he eventually he will apply to the police to find out upon whose order that article against him was published.
