On October 15, at 14:30 pm, the police officers of Artashat department arrested Makar A. born in 1969, on suspicion of transportation felony. He admitted that he had tried to steal “GAZ 31029” car of his fellow villager Manvel T. born in 1961, but had not managed, as the wheel of the car had fallen into the ditch.
An investigation is underway.
