According to the information provided by the NKR Ministry of Defense, on October 15 and on the night of 15-16 October, the enemy about 120 times violated the ceasefire regime on the contact line of the armed forces of NKR and Azerbaijan. The enemy fired over 2600 shots, from different caliber weapons, as well as shots from the mortars of 60 mm (6 shells) and 82 mm (14 shells). More intensive shooting was recorded in the southern direction of the contact line of NKR – Azerbaijanian armed forces.
The Defense Army vanguard units continue to carry out military duties along the front line and taking response actions if necessary.
