Article 26 of the “RA Law on Civil Status Acts’’ provides for the information that must contain the joint statement for marriage.
The first name, last name, nationality, date and place of birth, citizenship, place of residence education, employment and occupation of each of the parties to the marriage:
a) The last name chosen after the state registration of marriage.
b) Marital status.
c) Details of the identity documents of the parties to the marriage.
d) Other necessary information.
Parties to the marriage sign a joint statement on marriage and indicate the date of submission
Simultaneously with the filing of a joint statement of marriage it is required to submit:
Together with the marriage application you should introduce:
a) documents certifying the identity of the parties to the marriage.
b) if a person was previously married, a document confirming the termination of the previous marriage.
