The RA Prosecutor General’s Office informs that the delegation led by the RA General Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan – RA Governmental plenipotentiary representative at the European Court of Human Rights left on a working visit to Strasbourg. On 15 October the Grand Chamber of the ECHR will announce the ruling on the case Perincek v. Switzerland.
Armenia is involved as a third party in this case.
