Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the Law Foundation of Armenia (https://www.lawfondation.am), www.iravaban.net Legal Portal and “We demand increased funding for science” Facebook Initiative (DIFS) (www.facebook.com/science.and.finance) announce awards for published scientific articles in English, French or German, by RA and foreign citizens in international scientific periodicals having an index or an impact factor (IF), which review the Armenian Genocide.

The impact factor of databases having an IF should be recorded by Scopus and Web of Knowledge – Thomson Reuters databases.

RA citizens as well as Diaspora and foreign scientists are eligible to participate in the competition.

Deadline for applications is 31 March 2015(included).
Applications may be submitted immediately after the publishing of the article, in a row, until the mentioned deadline.

The results will be announced on 20 April of each year.
Articles published in the period of April of the previous year until 31 March of the successive year shall be considered and reviewed for each year’s competition.
Articles shall have been published after the date of this announcement. All Authors – Citizens of the RA shall be awarded the similar prize for articles published in the mentioned period, irrespective the number of published articles. The articles submitted to the contest must be no less than 5000 words (including footnotes and quotations).
