Lawyer Deputies of the RA National Assembly

1.Rustam Gasparyan 1996 – Graduated from the “Ararat” University in Armavir. Lawyer. 2007 – 2012 – Deputy of the National Assembly (electoral district #21.). June, 19 – 2007 – May 31, 2012 – Member of the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs of the National Assembly.

2.Manvel Grigoryan 1993 – Entered the State University in Stepanakert. 1998 – Graduated from the faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University. Lawyer. 1996 – Graduated from the Higher Educational Command Training Courses of the Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.

3.Ishkhan Khachatryan  2005 – Graduated from St. Petersburg Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Economy and Law. Lawyer. May 15, 2008 – August 21, 2008 – Member of the Standing Committee on Financial – Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Rule of Law” party.

4.Armen Karapetyan 1980 – Graduated from Yerevan State Polytechnic Institute after Karl Marx, faculty of Energy. Power engineering specialist. 2007 – Moscow Modern Humanitarian Academy, Faculty of Law. Lawyer. September, 2013 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from electoral district #38.

5.Karo Karapetyan 1991 – Graduated from the Kiev Police Academy. Lawyer. June 19, 2007 – May 31, 2012 – Member of the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

6.Vahan Karapetyan 1991 – Graduated from the Moscow All-Union Institute of Law. Lawyer. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

7.Arkadi Hambardzumyan 1994 – Graduated from the Yerevan State University. Lawyer. June 19, 2007 – July 11, 2008 – Member of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district #29.

8.Ruben Hovsepyan 1982 – Graduated from the College of Electronic Calculating Machines in Yerevan. Technician-electrician. 2005 – Graduated from the Yerevan Branch of International Academy (Institute) of non-profit Autonomous Organization and Entrepreneurship in Moscow. Lawyer. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district # 6.

9.Harutyun Gharagyozyan  1986 – Graduated from the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. 2000 – Graduated from Yerevan State University. Economist. Lawyer. June 19, 2007 – May 31,2012 – Member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

10.Mikayel Manukyan 1986 – Graduated from the faculty of Decorative Design of the Yerevan Terlemezian Fine Arts College. Artist – designer.2008 – Graduated from the Faculty of History and Law of Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute named after Hovhannes Tumanyan. Teacher of History and Law. January 14, 2014 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the ARF party.

11.Grigori Margaryan 1986 – Graduated from the Yerevan State University. Lawyer. Member of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district #11.

12.Levon Martirosyan 1997 – Graduated from the Law Department of Yerevan State University. Lawyer. 2002 – Graduated with honours receiving an LLM degree in international human rights in the faculty of Law of the University of Essex in Great Britain. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of  the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the proportional electoral system of the Republican Party of Armenia.

13.Gagik Melikyan 1981 – Graduated from the Financial Accounting and Sociological Specialties Departments of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. Economist. Lawyer. April 26, 2014 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the Republican party of Armenia.

14.Spartak Melikyan 1995 – Graduated from the faculty of Livestock Farming of the Primorye State Agricultural Academy in the Russian Federation. 1997 – Graduated from the faculty of Economics of the Primorye State Agricultural Academy in the Russian Federation. 2006 – Graduated from the Moscow New Law Institute. Cattle-breeder-Engineer. Economist. Lawyer. Candidate in Economics. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.

15.Artsvik Minasyan 1990 – 1995 – Graduated from the faculty of economy of Yerevan State University with excellence, receiving the degree of economist-mathematician with the specialty of economics cybernetics. 1997 – 2001 – Graduated from the faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, receiving the qualification of lawyer, with specialty of law. June 19, 2007 – May 31, 2012 – Vice Chair of the Standing Committee on Financial – Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the ARF party.

16.Armen Mkhitaryan 1990 – Graduated from the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. 1997 – Graduated from Yerevan “Vardanants” University. Economist. 18.Gagik Jhangiryan 1977 – Graduated from the faculty of Law of Yerevan State University. Lawyer. Candidate for legal position (jurisprudence) in the department of legal sciences. May 6, 2012 – Elected Deputy of the National Assembly by the proportional electoral system from the “Armenian National Congress” faction.

19.Hovhannes Sahakyan 1999 – Graduated from the Law faculty of Yerevan State University. Lawyer. 2009 – 2012 – Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, RPA.)
