The current legislation in Armenia provides for 3 cases when gifts given to officials and public servants should become the property of the state. These are ceremonial gifts, gifts given during various events, business trips, the value of which exceeds 60 thousand drams, as well as prohibited gifts.

The issue of gift administration has not been regulated by the state until now. The National Assembly in the first reading adopted the drafts presented by the executive branch, which should solve these problems. Thus, the body managing the gifts will be the State Property Management Committee. Details in the video
