A criminal case on the fact of violation of rules for driving or operating combat, special or transportation vehicles was initiated in the Eighth garrison unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
The source informs that on 1 June 2015, at 06.30, soldier of N Rifle Battalion M.Zakaryan on the vehicle assigned to him was driving towards the village Shaghat of Syunik Marz.
According to the preliminary data, he violated the rules of operation of transportation vehicles on the road Sisian – Shaghat, he lost control of the vehicle and crashed. As a result the soldiers of the same battalion who were in the cab and the body of the vehicle got various bodily injuries.
A criminal case under Article 377 Part 1of the RA Criminal Code (Breach of rules for driving or operating combat, special or transportation vehicles, which negligently caused medium-gravity or grave damage to human health) was initiated in the Eighth garrison unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
