Goharik Yenokyan was arrested pursuant to Article 190, Part 6 Paragraph 2 of the RA Criminal Code, in order to conduct further investigation on the case sent by the Prosecutor General of the RA to the Special Investigation Service, on the fact of the murder attempt on 4 May 2015, reports the information service of RA SIS. The preliminary investigation is in process.
Note: The suspect or the accused of the alleged offence is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
