As a result the nearby buildings on Nalbandyan street are de-energized and the traffic lights on Sakharov square (Nalbandyan Street ) do not work. The garbage cans near the substation were burnt as well. ENA reported that the fire damaged the cables going into and out of the substation. “Just at this moment the representatives of ENA conduct restoration work. The electricity supply will be restored at 17:00,” they said.
