The RA Special Investigation service informs that based on the report of the citizen Spartak H., the CIS of the RA initiated a criminal case under the requirements of Article 309 Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code.
Citizen Spartak H., reported that the RA Police officers arrested him on 14 August 2014 and brought to Mashtots Department of Police. There they swore to him, threatened, and then beat him demanding to admit the fault of plunder, which he had not committed. Under the influence of threats and beatings, he confessed the robbery, which he had not committed.
Preliminary investigation is in process.
