The Code on Administrative Offense provides that the intentional failure of the driver to comply with the demand of the police officer shall give rise to imposition of a fine in the amount of 200.000AMD.
Repeating the offense during one year after imposition of the administrative penalty shall cause depriving from the right to drive a vehicle for the term of one year. The same action by a person who has no driving license or has been deprived from the right to drive shall give rise to imposing a fine in the amount of three hundred fold of the minimal salary.
