Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the mobilization of students from the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) and the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), who had previously been conscripted into military service.
The demobilized students of the self-proclaimed republics will be sent home, they will be able to continue their studies, Interfax wrote, referring to the representative of the Kremlin.
