On 1 August, in a closed session, the Supreme Judicial Council discussed the issue of proposing a candidate for the position of the president of the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

The SJC, governed by Article 175, Part 1, Clause 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Article 94, Part 1, Article 117 and Article 134, part 10 of the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia” decided to propose to the President of the Republic the candidacy of Ruzanna Surik Hakobyan for the position of President of the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
