The city of Kherson was taken under full control. The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov stated at a briefing on Wednesday.
“Russian military units have taken full control of the Kherson regional center. Civil infrastructure, livelihood facilities of the population and urban transport operate on a daily basis. There is no shortage of essential food items in the city,” Konashenkov said.
He added that the civil infrastructures, life support facilities, and public transport operate in Kherson.
