The members of the “Return to Kashatagh” non-governmental organization, the displaced residents of Kashatagh, today, on 9 July, held a protest action in front of the government building.
The demand of the rally is to provide compensation to the displaced people of Kashatagh in order to buy apartments.
“Social support will be cut off from and the people will appear in a very bad situation. We are not asking them to provide us with an apartment in Yerevan, but to create conditions in our former settlements. We want the certainty of our situation,” Azat Yeghoyan, President of Kashatagh NGO said.
They wrote a letter to the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
