The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement, which reads:

“Due to the recent increase in the incidence of “COVID-19”, sanitary-hygienic-anti-epidemic measures are being implemented in the RA Armed Forces.

Guided by the requirements of point 17 of the RA Government Decision 1514-N of September 11, 2020; the visits, leaves and vacations of the conscripts are prohibited, except for cases provided in article 28, part 6, point 2 of the RA Law “About military service and the status of the serviceman” on the basis of (death of a family member – wife, child, father, mother, sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather).

Please, take the limitations conditioned by the epidemic situation with understanding.”
