Russian President Vladimir Putin has named the dead crew members of the Mi-24 helicopter, which the Azerbaijani military shot down over the territory of Armenia. RIA Novosti reports
“They are Major Ischuk Yuri Viktorovich, the crew commander, and Senior Lieutenant Fedin Roman Vasilyevich,” Putin said on Tuesday a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and defense industry enterprises.
