President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has stated that if the Armenian Foreign Minister says at the talks in Moscow that “Karabakh is Armenia”, then there can be no talk of negotiations.
“If he says something like that today, there can be no talk of negotiations. I spoke about this, and no one will force us,” Aliyev said in his address to the people.
