The Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie, Louise Mushikiwabo, wrote on her Twitter page:

“I am deeply concerned about the deadly clashes on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Armenia is a dear country to me, which is currently chairing the summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie. I would like to see a reduction in tensions and a return to the ceasefire.”
