“We hope that the planned actions will be largely implemented by 2026”: Gevorg Kocharyan

Independent of the report, the ministry is also conducting monitoring, and problems have been recorded. The problems mainly relate to actions envisioned by the policy that have not yet been fully implemented.

Deputy Minister of Justice Gevorg Kocharyan told about this in an interview with Iravaban.net.

He noted that there are actions that have been fully implemented, but there are also those that are yet to be carried out: “This is a continuous process that is planned to be concluded in 2026. We hope that the planned actions will be largely implemented by 2026. This alternative monitoring is a process that NGOs carry out separately and separately assess the Government’s work and performance in this field.”

The Armenian Lawyers’ Association conducts permanent monitoring aimed at the implementation process of judicial and legal reforms, anti-corruption policy, as well as the national strategy for human rights protection and the action programs arising from them.

Within the framework of permanent monitoring, the Iravaban.net online professional media, with the help of field specialists, analyzes and covers both fully implemented actions as well as partially implemented or completely unimplemented ones, also addressing the gaps, obstacles and reasons recorded in them.
