The Prosecutor’s Office has sent the prepared by the police materials on shooting a dog in one of the restaurant complexes in Dilijan to the Dilijan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Criminal Investigation Department with the intent to initiate a criminal investigation, conduct a preliminary investigation and several investigations within the scope of Article 258.2 of the Criminal Code of the RA.
The prosecutor’s office informs about this.
“Corresponding publication of the “ECOLUR.AM” news site on the case has also been sent to further investigate the circumstances of the case,” the statement said.
It should be reminded that on 1 December, at 2:50 pm, Dilijan police received a call that a dog had been shot in the area of a restaurant complex operating in the city. According to preliminary data, the shooter was the director of Dilijan National Park.
