The advocates of the case on the armed group “Sasna Tsrer” are on strike. Inessa Petrosyan, Pavel Manukyan’s advocate, spoke on this in an interview to Iravaban.net.
Advocates Arayik Papikyan and Mushegh Shushanyan refused to open their suitcases and to empty their pockets. So they were not allowed to enter the courtroom.
“Our colleagues were again not allowed to enter the courtroom and we decided that no one of us should enter in order those prohibitions disappear”, Inessa Petrosyan said.
The advocate said that the terms of the strike are not clear yet. It will depend on the process of the case
