The Anti-Corruption Program of the Government foresees:
1) To develop the anti-corruption institutional system by the end of 2018, establish and operate an autonomous anti-corruption preventive body that meets the international legal standards and requirements.
2) To undertake measures to ensure the continued implementation of the anti-corruption strategy by the end of 2018, emphasizing the necessity of recruiting honest and professional staff in the public service system. Develop a new, effective, long-term anti-corruption strategy, defining new target areas.
3) To undertake measures by the end of 2019, on continuous improvement of declaration, ethics, incompatibility and other restrictive institutions and continually extend the list of persons submitting the declaration.
4) To clarify the scope of corruption crimes and offenses at the legislative level by the end of 2019.
5) To improve the impact assessment system in regulation of the anti-corruption sphere by the end of 2021;
6) To develop and introduce effective mechanisms for the protection of whistleblowers and ensure their enforcement by the end of 2018. Create a single Electronic Platform for reporting providing the whistleblowers an opportunity for anonymous reporting.
7) To undertake the necessary measures within the framework of ratification process of the TIEI (Transparency Initiative of Extractive Industries) by the end of 2019.
8) To undertake measures to investigate the possibility of providing the authorities of the subordinate bodies investigating corruption crimes and powers to investigate corruption crimes to a single body by the end of 2020.
