Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders announces Admissions for 2015

Admission to the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders is open for young lawyers under the age of 25 and for students in the 3rd and higher years’ of the law, management and humanitarian faculties of universities, who are interested in the fight against corruption and dissemination of integrity principles, implementation of anti-corruption reforms, as well as issues that can change the anti-corruption environment and culture in the Republic of Armenia.

The students will attend thematic anti-corruption lectures and visit a variety of state bodies, non-governmental, international and business organizations, where they will be provided the opportunity to learn about their anti-corruption activities and application of integrity principles in these bodies. The students will also have the opportunity to watch thematic films and conduct practical work.

The interested individuals should send the required documents to the following e-mail address: [email protected] by the end of the business day (18:00p.m) on 10 September 2015, indicating “Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders” in the subject line.

For participation in the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders the following documents are required:

1. Letter of Interest in Armenian language, up to 300 words (describing your past experience, why you want to take part in the Fall School and what your expectations are)

2. CV in Armenian.

The Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders will be held in Yerevan in the period 16th September to 22nd December 2015. Classes are held in the afternoon, taking into account students’ academic and work schedule. If necessary the organizers will provide a reference to submit to the school or the employer.

The Organizers will cover the costs for:

1. Coffee breaks,

2. Training materials.

Participants are selected on a competitive basis. Only those who have successfully completed the second stage, the interview, may attend the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders. The second stage consists of oral interviews.

The organizers of the Anti-Corruption School for Young Leaders may request additional documents from the selected participants, if necessary. The number of participants is limited to 15 people.
