Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a number of new laws approved by the National Assembly of the RA, informs the Department of the Public Relations and Information of the RA Presidential Staff.
The President signed the RA Law on making Changes and Amendment in the RA Civil Code; in the RA Law on making Changes and Amendment in the RA Law on State Registration of the Property Right; the RA Law on making Changes and Amendment in the RA Law on Municipal Engineering; the RA Law on making Amendment in the RA Law on Bankruptcy; the RA Law on making Amendment in the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts; the RA Law on making Changes and Amendment in the RA Law on Local Self-Government; the RA Law on making Amendment in the RA Law on Local Self-Government in Yerevan City; the RA Law on making Changes in the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments.
