On 8 June 2015, the Chief of the Penitentiary Department, Major-General Aythur Osikyan signed a new order, which establish clear procedure for confiscation, documentation and preservation of the prohibited items as a result of searches, as well as to recognize the property without owner as estate in abeyance in favor of the state.
