The Draft Concept on approval of the Probation Service in the Republic of Armenia has been included in the Agenda of 30 April Government Session. Iravaban.net learned this from te E-Government System of the RA.
The discussion of the issue was postponed at the previous Government session. After that session the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan informed that “a number of departments have problems.” Today he hoped that the concept will be included in the agenda of the upcoming Government session. “Approval of the concept will enable us to move forward the process in all directions,” said the Minister.
According to the summary document, a number of recommendations on the Government’s protocol decision were made by the RA prosecutor general’s Office, the RA Ministry of Finace and the Staff of the RA President. The Ministry of Justice made corresponding editorial and other changes in the draft.
Whether or not the discussion of the issue will be postponed again, or the draft will be approved shall be known on 30 April.
