Establishment of the Probation Service in Armenia,” the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan in reply to the often repeated question of the reporters referring the issue of the amnesty in Armenia said, “I am not the address of this question, it is the prerogative of the President, so let’s finish with this.”
Referring to the probation service in reply to the question of the journalist of Iravaban.net Hovhannes Manukyan said that they require a large amount of resources for the implementation of this service in the connection with the training of staff as well as the housing conditions. “Naturally there are also specific problems with the equipment. We try to solve the problem within the state budget, as well as with our partners, donors, particularly the EU and the Council of Europe. I have to say that the work is in progress.
