The criminal case initated on the fact of the false information on the alleged terrorist act in Yeravn State University has been sent to the court. The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City will consider the case (Presiding judge Arshak Vardanyan).
According to the obtained evidence it was revealed that the second year student of YSU A.H., on 19 March made a call to the police and informed about the false terrorist act allegedly to take place in the University. On the next day he urged his girl friend to do the same and provide false information about the terrorist act.
A.H. has been charged under Article 259 and Article 38-259 of the RA Criminal Court (2 episodes). His girl friend was charged under Article 259 of the RA Criminal Code (2 episodes.)
