Today, Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan published a special report on the “Systematic Analysis of Rights of a Child in Children’s Care and Special Educational Establishments.” The official website of the Human Rights defender of the RA informs.
In 2014, the representatives of Violence prevention mechanism of the Ombudsman made 37 visits to the children’s care and special educational Establishments. The special report presents the problems that were recorded as a result of those visits. The corresponding work aimed to solve these problems is carried with the relevant departments.
