As a result of the idleness of the Police the further/comprehensive investigation of Avetisyan family murder case raises some doubts. This opinion was introduced by Advocate Lusine Sahakyan during the press conference. Lusine Sahakyan is one of the representatives of the successor in the case.
Lusine Sahakyan wonders why the Police announce that they have done a great job in finding Permyakov. The reality is that Permyakov is under the guidance of the Russian army. Now when two criminal cases have been initiated both by the Armenian and the Russian investigating committees and various proofs are discovered by different committees, from the legal point of view a very difficult situation is created.
The next/other representatives of victim’s successor, the advocates Yervand Varosyan and Yerem Sargsyan have introduced the expert opinion regarding the mentioned criminal case. Particularly according to the report of the forensic ballistic experts, the 28 bullets found at the site of the incident were fired by the machine guns (found at the site of the incident), which was attached to Permyakov.
According to the forensic chemical examination report, the clothes and shoes found at the site of the incident and Permyakov’s sweat belong to the same person. Yerem Sargsyan announced that the cigar remnants, the hair taken from the hat, the handkerchief were also examined. According to the examiners all these correspond to the group of Peryakov’s spittle, sweat and hair.
The advocates also mentioned that this is not a final result. Due to the DNA testing the Forensic genetic examination will make it clear whether the spittle, sweat and hair belong to Permyakov or not.
“Taking into account the current results, we can say that all the bullets were fired by the same machine gun. Anyway only the DNA testing will show whether only Permyakov was (there) at the site of the incident or also other people were present”, -said Yervand Varosyan.
As for the objectiveness of the case investigation, Lusine Sahakyan said they cannot get acquainted with the materials of the case and currently they cannot express any opinion. They appreciate the fact that the prejudicial committee cooperates with them and is involved in the process of forensic examinations.
