The Republic of Armenia Draft Code on Administrative Offences is being presented for public discussions as approved in the action plan issuing from the Order NK-96-A of 30 June 2012 of the RA President on approval of the 2012-2016 Strategic Program of Legal and Judicial Reforms and the list of events issuing from the Program., the RA Ministry of Justice informs.
