The General Military Department of the Investigative Committee initated a criminla proceeding on the fact of death of the military man Tigran Simonyan on combat duty.
The Investigative Committee informs that according to the materials of the criminal case on 10.02.2015 at 19:55 as a result of breach of combat duty rules Lieutenant Senior Tigran Simonyan was wounded and died as a result of a gunshot.
The General Military Department of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case on the fact under Article 365, part 3 (Violation of combat duty regulations that caused grave consequences) of the RA Criminal Code. Measures are taken to reveal the details.
