The NKR Police informs that criminal cases were initiated in relation with the incident that took place on 31 January during the rally organized by the “Founding Parliament”. The source informs that criminal case was initiated under the requirements of Article 269, Part 3, Point 1 of NKR Criminal Code for the fact of beating by unknown persons of M.A., DoB 1966, resident of apartment N of building 2 Isakov Street, Stepanaker City; K.Gh. DoB 1957resident of apartment N of building 9 Amiryan Street of Shushi City; M.B., DoB 1978 and G.H., DoB 1966, residents of village Khandzadzor of Hadrut region, and braking the cars “Nissan Teana” that belongs to K.Gh and “VAZ-21061” that belongs to M.B. Investigation is in process.
