Investigative Department of Kanaker- Zeytun Administrative District of Yerevan City opf the RA Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case in the connection with the incident on the attempt of murder; The RA Investigative Committee informs.
On 6 February at 18:50, a call was received from Mikaelyan Hospital of Yerevan, informing that R. Sedrakyan and A.Emboyan wer hospitalized with the gunshot injuries of the abdominal wall.
As a result of the materials obtained it was revealed that during the scuffle near house 1 of Kanaker 14th street, shooting took place. According to the preliminary data the above mentioned persons received gunshot injuries.
Investigative Department of Kanake-Zeytun Administrative District initiated a criminal case under the requirements of Aricle 34-104 Part 2 Point 1 (Attempt to murder of 2 or more persons) and Article 235 Part 1 (Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices.)
