Today RA President Sergh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Ruzanna Hakobyan as judge of Civil and Administrative Chambers of the RA Cassation Court and appointing Mkhitar Papoyan as judge of Criminal Appeal Court of the RA. The decree reads:
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the of 26 January 2014 Decision AKh-2-V-4 and the Conclusion AKh-2-Ye-1 of the RA Council of Justice I decide:
1. Appoint Ruzanna Hakobyan as judge of Civil and Administrative Chambers of the RA Cassation Court terminating her authorities of a judge of Administrative Court of the RA.”
2. Appoint Mkhitar Papoyan as judge of as judge of Criminal Appeal Court of the RA terminating his authorities of a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk marz.”
